Our Free Education Centres
At Nirmala Foundation, we believe every child deserves the right to education—regardless of their financial background. That’s why we’ve established free education centres in some of the most underserved parts of Jharkhand. Each centre is a safe, supportive space where poor and underprivileged children receive quality education, essential school supplies, and personal care—all without any fees.
Every centre is staffed by qualified teachers, who are fairly paid every month. We provide books, notebooks, pens, school bags, and other learning materials to ensure that no child is left behind just because they can’t afford them.
Basantpur Education Centre
In the heart of Basantpur village, this education centre serves as a second home for over 50 poor children. Most students here had never held a textbook before walking into our classrooms. Today, they come running every morning—with eager eyes and hopeful smiles.

Bhagwatpur Education Centre
Tucked away in Bhagwatpur village, this centre now educates around 40–50 poor children who once wandered without direction or guidance. Thanks to this initiative, the kids are no longer left behind—they’re stepping forward every single day.

- 40+ enrolled students from nearby hamlets
- Fully funded by Nirmala Foundation
- Each child receives free educational materials
- Classes held in local language and Hindi for better understanding
- Teachers encourage creative expression through drawings and storytelling

Jharkhand Education Centre
Our Jharkhand Education Centre is a shining example of what consistency, care, and community support can do. Today, it’s home to more than 70 children who rely on it for both learning and emotional growth.

- Over 70 regular students, mostly from very poor families
- Free stationery kits and personal attention for every child
- Subjects include basic education, values, and life skills
- Teachers are carefully selected and paid monthly by the foundation
- Clean classrooms, interactive blackboard teaching, and group activities

Jharkhand School Outreach Program
In areas where schools are too far or children are too poor to reach them, we bring education to them. Our Jharkhand School Outreach Program serves 20–30 children per session through mobile and community classes.
Highlights:
- Pop-up classrooms in remote areas
- 20–30 children taught in each group by volunteer teachers
- Supported with books, slates, writing tools, and floor mats
- Teaches the basics: alphabets, numbers, local language, hygiene
- Emphasis on inclusivity—especially for girls and dropouts
- Often the first ever exposure to formal education for these children
